There is an issue with my order.

  1. An item I ordered is missing?

You will notice a yellow sticker on the box with your order, this is a notification to tell you that one or more of the items you ordered is temporarily out of stock and has been placed on back-order. Stock on back-order will be sent in a separate order automatically.

 

  1. How do I know what stock I have on back-order?

Inside the box with the yellow sticker is an order summary of the order you placed. Each product is on a separate line and items on backorder are at the bottom of the order or highlighted for you to see. Stock on back-order will be sent in a separate order automatically.

 

  1. When will my order arrive?

Once an order has been placed online, it should arrive within 4-8 business days. Deliveries can vary from week to week and whether it has been sent via an independent courier or a Clinical Labs courier. We are working to decrease the turnaround time for dispatch in our warehouse. If the order has taken longer than 8 business days to arrive to you, you can contact Stores directly on 03 9538 6725. Please have your order number and address ready.

 

  1. I need stock urgently or my order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame.

Firstly, you can call stores department on 03 9538 6725 to find out where your order is, then you can contact your area coordinator who can source you stock to tide you over until your order arrives.

 

  1. When is the best time to place my order

Speak to your Area Coordinator for an optimal ordering schedule, this will ensure that you will receive your stock in the quickest time.
