Dr Ann Abraham is a highly accomplished histopathologist. Dr Abraham joined Australian Clinical Labs at the Geelong laboratory in October 2023. She obtained her MBBS degree from St. John’s Medical College in Bangalore, India, in 1992, and furthered her training by earning an MSc in Molecular Pathology and Toxicology at the University of Leicester, UK in 1997. Dr Abraham became a Member of the Royal College of Pathologists (MRCPath) in 2003, followed by her Fellowship (FRCPath) in 2008. Her career has been marked by a diverse range of roles, notably as a Consultant Histopathologist at Milton Keynes University Hospital (MKUH), UK, where she specialised in oncology histopathology. Dr Abraham has a genuine interest in education as she actively engages in teaching medical students and postgraduate pathology trainees.
